The first step is to contact our representative – you can fill out the contact form or send us an email. We can also talk on any platform you prefer.

We usually begin projects with an initial consultation, then present a quotation, define the scope of work, and prepare a timeline. Once the agreement is signed, we get started and keep you informed about every stage of the process.

We apply a Minimum Engagement Fee (MEF). Everything depends on the project – we will inform you about the costs after reviewing the scope of work.

We offer various pricing models: fixed project rates, hourly rates, and monthly or annual subscriptions for design, development, and technical support.

Cooperation with mdbx studio^® can be based on individual projects or recurring subscription plans. Depending on the scope, we tailor the agreement to the client – we are flexible. A dedicated team of specialists is assigned to each project, usually represented by 1–2 account managers.

We are a remote creative team of strategists, designers, developers, and managers.

We collaborate with clients almost exclusively in a remote model – we were doing it long before it became fashionable. 😉
